We've been there. We understand.

Here's a little information about our founders:

We are all registered nurses. Collectively, we have over 60 years of experience.

We have worked (or work still) in hospitals and medical facilities both large and small. We've been on the front lines.

So we understand in a very real and personal way how healthcare works. Where it succeeds. And more tellingly, where it fails.

We met during an RN advocacy certification program hosted by RN Patient Advocates, the national leader in RN patient advocacy training and education. (RN Patient Advocates is now our affiliate partner) While there, we decided that a nationwide group practice would provide the greatest benefit to people in need of healthcare advocacy. We are like-minded nurses with a collaborative spirit. Together, we understood the support patients need when their healthcare became too difficult to manage on their own. As a team, we envisioned a comprehensive service where patients could find support, news, resources and ultimately, an advocate. With this in mind, we founded Health Manager RN.

[My advocate] is both compassionate and detail oriented; the perfect mix for a nurse and an advocate! She quickly absorbed my background and goals for the medical history project and produced a meticulous timeline and other materials that have proved invaluable in establishing a new medical network in my home.

I really appreciated the support and guidance I received both for myself and my family. It put us all at ease to have an advocate in our corner. This made a huge difference in my ability to advocate for myself and to navigate what I was going through.

My nurse advocate has been invaluable to my husband and me in finding appropriate care and placement for my sister who is suffering from advanced Parkinson's Disease. She reviewed and commented on every suggested treatment option and referred us to appropriate professionals for further assistance.
